Serena Spa processes your personal data mainly in the Netherlands and in any case exclusively within the European Economic Area. Within the EEA, your privacy is protected in the same way as in the Netherlands. In case Serena Spa decides at any time to process your data in countries outside the EEA, we will inform you about this in our privacy policy. If the law requires it, we will also ask for your specific permission in advance. You can always withdraw this permission.

Transfer to/acquisition from third parties: It may be that we transfer your data to a third party. We only do this if there is a specific reason for it, such as:
