If you’re interested in a Serena Spa, you can schedule a free consultation where we discuss your wishes and prepare a quote. This meeting lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and offers the opportunity to ask questions and – upon request – test a spa. Our showroom is open by appointment only, including weekends. At Serena, you can park for free next to the building. Our opening hours are as follows:
– Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Evening visits by appointment)
– Saturday: By appointment only
– Sunday: Closed

A jacuzzi is a spa, but not every spa is a jacuzzi. How so? Jacuzzi is actually a brand name, just like Tupperware is often used as a synonym for plastic containers.

A Serena Spa requires maintenance, as regular attention ensures a long lifespan and optimal performance! Change the water 3 to 4 times a year and clean the pipes 2 to 3 times a year. We’re happy to take care of your maintenance, contact us for the possibilities.

Replace the filters of your spa once every 4 months. You can also clean them with Spa Filter Clean tablets: place the filter in warm water, let the dirt soak loose, rinse the filter, and it can be used for another round. Regularly check the filters and rinse them once a week with clean water to maintain their functionality.

Our spas can be placed both freestanding and built-in. A cover is not mandatory but can extend the lifespan and provide extra comfort. Contact us for advice on the best placement in your garden.
